Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Dr. Foltz earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Pittsburgh before completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida — one of the most respected chiropractic institutions in the country. He returned to Pittsburgh to build a practice unlike anything else in the East End: a collaborative chiropractic and physical therapy clinic centered on evidence-based care and real, lasting results.
Dr. Foltz's approach combines precise spinal manipulation, Graston technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), and personalized corrective exercise. Dr. O'Mara grew up in upstate New York where chiropractic care was a cornerstone of his rehab and injury prevention throughout his competitive soccer career. This firsthand experience with athletic injury — combined with his background in biomedical engineering — gives him a uniquely analytical approach to the musculoskeletal system and how the body moves under load.
He completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology while playing varsity soccer, then earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic at D'Youville University in Buffalo — gaining experience across multiple clinical settings and mastering a wide range of manipulation and soft tissue techniques. Dr. O'Mara's goal is to provide care that serves as a genuine stepping stone for increased daily performance — on or off the field.

Dr. Crockatt graduated from Grand Valley State University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and immediately pursued advanced specialization — completing his Orthopedic Manual Therapist certification through the Manual Therapy Institute, a rigorous postgraduate training program focused on hands-on diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions.
His approach is distinctly one-on-one: every session is spent directly with Dr. Crockatt, who takes the time to understand each patient's unique biomechanics, movement patterns, and goals before designing a targeted program. His patients — from post-surgical rehab to hypermobility to chronic pain — consistently note that he is the most attentive physical therapist they've ever worked with.
